Questions, answered
Do I need my own piano or keyboard?
You'll need access to a keyboard with at least 61 keys to practice between sessions. We can talk through options during your free consult — you don't need an expensive instrument to start.
I've never played a note. Is that okay?
Completely. A large share of students start from zero. The free consultation exists precisely so the plan starts where you actually are.
What is Mooz™?
It's the interactive learning platform every session runs on. Hi-def audio and video built for music instruction specifically, so nuance in your playing doesn't get lost to a normal video call.
How does scheduling work?
You pick your time as part of booking. Bundles book the first session up front and send you a link for each remaining session, so you can schedule them at your own pace.
Can I take lessons with friends or family?
Yes — group classes run with five or more students at $40 per person per hour. Same instruction, shared room, and a lot more fun with people you know.
Can I move or cancel a lesson?
Yes. Every confirmation includes a private link where you can reschedule or cancel yourself, and the freed time goes straight back on the calendar.
